Practicals
The practical sessions of the AlgoSB’17 school will require an Ubuntu 16.04 OS.
If you are already using this OS, you can directly install the packages listed below,
and the teachers will provide you with some additional binaries.
For Tuesday’s lecture, we are preparing a VirtualBox Virtual Machine (VM),
so please install VirtualBox in your computer (whatever OS you use).
Note: if you do not have Ubuntu 16.04 as native OS, we will install the packages
and binaries required for the other days in this VM so that you can use it for all the days.
List of required packages:
- python3 (available using Ubuntu APT)
- perl (available using Ubuntu APT)
- pymol (available using Ubuntu APT)
- gnuplot (available using Ubuntu APT)
